In terms of ship freshwater supply, evaporative water makers have always played a key role.
This upgrade improved the evaporator and condenser structure of the water maker. The newly designed evaporator uses heat transfer materials and a unique flow path layout, allowing seawater to absorb heat more fully during the evaporation process, improving evaporation efficiency. The condenser enhances the condensation effect on water vapor by optimizing the shape and material of the condensation surface, reducing freshwater loss.
At the same time, the company also improved the vacuum system of the water maker. By using a new type of vacuum pump and optimizing the vacuum control algorithm, it can maintain the vacuum inside the water maker, ensuring that seawater can evaporate at a lower temperature, further saving energy consumption.
