HBNB SERIES SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

In response to the increasingly stringent environmental requirements, we have developed HBNA improved HBNB type domestic sewage treatment plant, which can assist shipowners to cultivate strains of bacteria, and the effluent index can meet the requirements of IMO.MEPC.227(64) "2012 Domestic sewage treatment plant discharge standards and performance test implementation guidelines" and GB3552-2018 "Ship water pollutant discharge standards", Article 5.2.2 and 5.2.4. Standard 5.2.2 and 5.2.4.
The improved sewage treatment plant uses a combination of oxidation and degradation, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, physical disinfection and other processes with mobile biological fluidized bed process (MBBR) and membrane biological reaction process (MBR) to deal with sewage from the ship (also applicable to institutions, schools, hotels, residential and other factories and mines enterprises) toilets, kitchens, bathrooms and other sewage. Modular design, using split design, convenient for customers to transport and replace equipment.

HBN Series 15ppm bige separator, a high-tech product of marine environmental protection area,is designed and exploited basing on thoIMO.MEPC 107 (49) resolution "Revised guidelines and specifications for pollution prevention equipment for machinery space bilge of ships."All kinds of fuels used by ships, including the residual oil with extremely high density and emulsified oil mixture, can be separated effectivelyand the effluent oil content is no more than 15ppm.
